Our DF93/2000 WTG chose a different technology(the combination of asynchronous generator and full-power converter), it takes both low-cost and LVRT performance into consideration, and the technology advantages are as follows:

       1. Low wind-speed type: Designed according to IECⅡB ,ⅢA standard, and lengthened blade is used. Suitable for Class3~Class4 wind farms.

       2. Grid-friendly type: Full-power converter is adopted, active/ reactive mode adjustable, good schedulability; It has little dependence on grid, and lives up to the developing trend of Offshore wind turbine.

       3. Good LVRT performance: Specialized LVRT control software is developed together with the wave chopper of full-power converter, making the WTG meet the requirements of China national standards for offshore wind turbine as well as the requirements of E-ON Ver06( The strictest Euro standards to grid connection of offshore wind turbine).

       4. Reliable operation: The most reliable asynchronous generator is adopted, which is in simple structure, maintenance-free, and reliable in operation.

       5. Maintenance-free yaw bearing: Special yaw sliding bearing is adopted, which ensures better reliability of yawing system and maintenance-free in the whole service-life.

       6. Humanized hub design: Service-holes are added to ensure personnel security.

       7. Modular design: Each module can be removed individually for service and repair so that service cost is reduced.

       8. Good sealing property: The totally sealed nacelle module ensures good barrier property and makes it work perfectly in severe climate like sandy or salt atmosphere.

       9. Professional LPS design: The professional LPS design adapts perfectly in the thunderstorm climate area in southern China.

Dongxing Fengying Wind Power Equipment Co. Ltd., founded in June 2007 in Foshan, is a high-tech company in new energy area. The company runs two main businesses, i.e. developing wind farms and manufacturing wind turbines. Dongxing Fengying was identified as Private High-tech Company in 2009, one of Guangdong provincial key projects from 2009 to 2010, and was listed as top 500 Guangdong provincial modernized projects in 2010, Guangdong Provincial Strategic New Industry Foster Company in 2011, and Key Supportive Company in Eagle Project of Nanhai District.

On the basis of “Be both pragmatic and creative for mutual development”, DF imported the mature wind power technology from abroad and introduced the 800kW Stalled Fixed-pitch type WTG and now it’s in batch production; from June 2009 on, we started the Concept Study of 2MW Wind Turbine Generator together with the leading design corporation DWD (Danish Wind Design), adopting Asynchronous Generator+ Full Power Converter type, and finished the prototype in early June 2011. Dongxing Fengying has the entire IPR of the wind turbine generator. Meanwhile, the R&D of 3.6MW (Offshore Wind Turbine) project is started.
